Hello team,

Greetings for the day!

I am wondering why I am not able to reopen the Service Request which is in 
"Completed" status. It throws error "You do not have permission to move to the 
status of "In Progress".Enter a valid Status in the Status field. (ARERR 
1291115)"


I have 'Read' license assigned to my profile.

Could you please guide me where the exact issue ? Why I am not able to reopen 
it.
