Hi Experts, >From the "BMC Remedy AR System 7.6.04 Compatibility Matrix" I understand that the Email Engine is compatible only with Microsoft Exchange 2007. Since the support for Exchange 2007 is ending by April 2017, we would like to know is there any workaround to make the Current version Email Engine(7.6.04) work with Microsoft Exchange 2013.
