Hello everyone, I have the same problem and the solution does not work for me unfortunately.
I am trying to consume an external web service, where I want to pass an attachment field. The problem is that no matter on what the destination field I use, when selecting the attachment from Remedy Developer, I get only the attachmentName and I cannot get attachmentData. Is there another way to do this by selecting exactly which of the three information to get from the attachment field (name, data or size)?
