I figured I would check in here before submitting an actual support ticket to BMC. We currently use Shibboleth authentication and it works fine except if a user closes the browser and then tries to log on again later on. It will redirect user to https://serverurl/arsys/shared/login.jsp?/arsys/forms/apptier/SHR%3ALandingConsole/Default+Administrator+View/? and will prompt them to log on with a local user account instead of signing the user in properly. To fix we just clear cache on browser and try again.
