Hi All Has anyone after a merge transitioned Remedy from one company's LDAP server to another company's LDAP server. Ideally I would be able to do this over time and have a fairly easy back out plan if need. Probably a sequence on how to do this. I am thinking
Create the Authentication Login Name field on the User form Add the new company LDAP server as the secondary server Populate the Authentication Login Name field with some volunteer users. Eventually update all of the Users Remove the old company LDAP server If I am totally lost here, please include LOL in your response.
