Hi,

If things get out of sync, which I have experienced, is that you manually make
them synchronized.

Either by adding a missing index in the db, or by deleting a surplus index.

When you are done you can, if applicable, delete the index via Dev Studio. Save
the form. Recreate the index in Dev Studio and Save again.

Turn on API/SQL logging if you do not know the exact db object naming. You can
also use the logs to see the exact syntax of adding/deleting indexes.
