Hi Abhishek, To answer your first question--> Yes, I have seen in integration BCM to ITSM-ROD in one of project and to answer second, BCM expert has to download and install BCM where ROD-ITSM setup ready made provided by BMC. About terms of subscription BMC can answer it well.
