Chetan, The issue seems to be due to too much being pushed into too small a field. If you really need all those assignee groups, then edit the SYS:ViewSelectionCompanyRoleMapping and modify the database field so the input value of 255 is increased a bit more to support what's being pushed in.

The question is Am I correct and if yes, how I can resolve the issue as from the logs it looks like it is a part of creating SLA filters which is backend activity and I think I can not do anything with that.
