Hi William, Normally that error is a warning rather than an error and your form should still be imported. It's just telling you that without the matching deployable app corresponding to the roles on some of your field permissions, they won't work.
Assuming the form didn't import you may have an additional error. Try your import again and let us know if there is an error as well as the warning.
