Hi All I have heard a rumor that in v9 any incoming email with a valid INC, CHG, WO number in the subject line will, create a work log record to the related ticket. Doesn't seem to work on my v9 dev system. Had to build a custom process in my 7.6 system, be nice if I don't replicate what I did in 7.6. Does anyone know where I can find some documentation on this?
