HI All Are menus embedded in Smart IT or can they be changed? As an example if I were to change the Assignee menu in the HPD:Help Desk would that change be reflected in the Incident displayed in Smart IT? If it can be are there any steps I need to take to make that work.
In 7.6 I have a change field - menu active link on the HPD:Help Desk. Unfortunately can't do active links in Smart IT so I need to be able to change the menu entirely.
