Try cancelling the change, go back into draft mode, make the required
changes and then push it back into whatever status you need it in. I
would test this in dev, but I'm fairly sure this should work.

Hi All

If a user creates a Change with the Change Type as Normal and the later
tries to update the Change Type to Emergency, on save, the Change Type
reverts Normal and they get the following warning

?This change request has been updated since it was opened and will be
refreshed (ARWARN 45538)?

BMC said this is covered under SW00417660 and gave me one active link to
change which basically changes the run if statement. Can?t find any info
on the SW. Currently the active link runs if z1D Char19 is not null. There
is earlier workflow that on save sets ?EMERGENCY CHANGE? in z1D Char19. So
my gut is telling me there should be more to this than just change the
message criteria.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
