In May we upgrading from Remedy 7.1 to 8.1.2.  We now have the issue where the 
people information is being populated in the Sandbox but when the 
reconciliation process runs against it the Sanbox entries are deleted but no 
entry is made in the BMC.ASSET dataset.

When I look in the sandbox log I see this

an error: BMC Asset Management - Sandbox Merge

I looked at the Precedence form and everything looks ok.  Been working with BMC 
with no luck

Any Ideas?
