We have 24 Scrum Teams working on a 13M LOC real time embedded application. We use Remedy for bug tracking and recommend it highly. Unless you are a small group with only one or two teams I would look to using Remedy for your bug tracking needs instead of using something that cannot be customized easily for YOUR specific requirements. Those pretty burndown charts and other metrics are easily done using Ruby on Rails or Chartmaster or just plain old jsp code but having control over what information is collected and the ability to change that information as your needs change is more important...and that's where Remedy sings!
