Your help please, each time I try to creating a relationship in Incident Management (Remedy 7.6.04), appears ARRERR 307 Required field can not be blank message. I reviewed the users and they had not error, so I checked the fields and there are not required fields in blank. What can I do to resolve the issue? Thank you for your help.
