Hi All, I have a scenario in which end user submits a request from My IT and in response an attachment (PDF) which is stored in Non BMC/ Third party database is downloaded on his system , can this be achieved if yes then how. Please feel free to ask questions. The catch is we cannot store attachment anywhere in between.
