Thanks, Fred. I had forgotten that the macros were listed in the metadata as it's been so long since when I had to dust off anything to do with macros. We're trying to hunt down a specific few to convert. The rest we have no intention of doing anything with as it's all related to deprecated workflow in our system.

ShortText + LongText should give you the actual macro. Using the actlink ID against the “AR System Metadata: actlink” form will give you which Active Links they exist in. Personally if there are not too many I think it might be better to recreate what they are doing instead of converting. Problem is that we are using version 812. Is there any easy way to get a list of all the macros from a DEF file? Also, does anyone have a copy of Remedy 5 or 6 admin tool that has the Macro conversion utility or know of a third party application that can do the job?
