Good Morning, My client wants an alert text to pop-up on the console page when a ticket reaches a specific time interval, 30 minutes and 4 hours.
I was planning to create active links for this which covers the message and time interval. My question is, what is the best way for the message to pop-up in a certain area on the landing page? -- Regards, J.D.
