Ok. Try this Go into your ar.cfg (or ar.conf) file and verify that you have a line Plugin-Log-Level: In there...if not...add it...make it's value 400 like this Plugin-Log-Level: 400 Now...turn on plugin logging in the admin tool and restart your remedy server.
This will give you detailed messages regarding the startup of your plugin server.
