Hi All,
I have been trying to install BMC digital service catalogue 18.02. After
successful installation, I found following issues because of which I am not
able to use the system
1) Service Catalogue administrator account not created in User form.
=> Because of which data tenant is not possible
2) arcache command to create new administrator is not working on the server
3) After some hit and try, i managed to create one admin account (DB
import/export), Post that any new user that i am created is not being reflected
in user_cache table.
=> Because of which new users are not able to login.
4) After running post_install.sh script, i managed to create tenant. But when I
logged in to Service Catalogue login screen, it fails.
on troubleshooting, i found an error that myit-sb:tenantConfiguation form is
missing.
After further troubleshooting, i found that none of the forms starting with
myit-sb: are not created in my environment.
Also there were no error in the installation. Installation screen had shown ALL
PASSED
Have anyone faced the similar issue with BMC DSC 18.02 ?
