Thanks for your kind response. I m exploring other options as well like LDAP authentication for RSSO but having some queries:- 1. Using the LDAP authentication can we directly navigate to the ITSM home page or we have to provide the credentials to RSSO login page? 2. If we want to navigate directly to ITSM. Is it possible?
