Can you maybe could do a (one time) move to the HTML body, null out the actual 
message and do whatever you wanted in there?  I've had to do it in that order 
so that I didn't 'operate' on it twice.  I've done that on outgoing emails that 
had HTML tags.  I've also the HTML body to decipher HTML tags on incoming 
messages and just assumed you could do the same on the way out.

Great idea, but when sending html emails one cannot see the actual content of 
the Email in the AR System Email Messages. Apparently it’s all being merged 
when sending inside the black box called Email Engine...
