Hi Ben Not sure if this is related , we recently had a problem when we upgraded to 1808 Patch 1 earlier this month , the arplugin stopped working .. when you try and run the arplugin.exe in windows it threw an error ... If you try and run anually: arplugin.exe we got this message "The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".
we opied the dll from another installation and this fixed the problem Like I say it might not fix the issue you have , but could be worth trying cheers Warren On Thu, 31 Jan 2019 at 10:59, Ben Chernys <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Folks, > > Up until yesterday, I was able to connect with my Remedy server through > the API (driver & Meta-Update) – running on the actual server.
