I’ve been asked to create a form to basically create a questionnaire in Remedy that will be sent out to specific users to complete. This information will not be integrated into any of the out of the box Remedy data. We’d need the users to log into Remedy so it tracks who filled out the form, etc. is there a way to do this without a write license?
