Hi Brad, We received feedback from our many of our local Customers that their companies won’t allow them away from work more than 3 days. The event is actually quite jam packed. It’s actually is 2.5 days of content/hands on solution labs. It is not hosted in Las Vegas this year. We decided to bring it to Santa Clara, California, so that it is closer to our campus. More Engineers can attend the event to support attendees.
* Starting September 16 (noon) and September 17 - September 18 (8am – 5pm) * Networking with experts in the evening that runs from 6pm – 9:30pm. * Then the celebration evening event, which will take on a little different format which will allow for deeper discussions. * We are covering only the DSM Solutions which includes: BMC Helix, ITSM (Remedy), Discovery, Digital Workplace, CMDB, Platform (Innovation Suite), RemedyForce and Business Workflows…(this is not Engage where it covers all BMC products) * The tracks sessions will be persona driven: User, Agent, ITOps, Developer – along with Customer stories of their implementation experiences (the good, the bad and the ugly). * There will be plenty of break out discussions on the topic of Migration; for those thinking/planning about moving to the cloud… Santa Clara Marriott is 5 mins from our BMC R&D campus so if you like to stay longer, you can always plan ahead and we can help schedule sessions for you in our campus. This is our first time trying a new format. If there is a greater demand for a longer event, we will definitely consider it next time round. I am hoping the website will be up soon for we can show what is going to be covered.
