I created a new SLA within the SLA console that if a ticket has not been acknowledge or if the status has not changed within 15 minutes of creation, then send out a notification to me (added my email address for testing purposes) but I am not getting any emails while testing it. Do I have to create an escalation to send out an email everytime I create an escallation?
