Depends on your Time Zone and wether your Sun server has been patched.

If your server has been patched then you can run the zdump command.
 zdump -v America/Chicago
 or
 zdump -v US

The timezone data should be stored at: /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo

Subject: Daylight Savings Starting and Ending Dates

Fellow listers,
Does anyone know how to get daylight savings starting and ending dates
in Solaris from Remedy?
I.e. Is there a command or function to run or a file to read which gives
me those dates?
Thanks,
Julio
