You mean copy to new?  No, allow that, but we have workflow that
defaults or nulls out selected fields.  And, of course, western
civilization would probably fail if I took THAT ability away from my
users.  :~)  The suggestion was made to use a hidden field that is
populated on modify, then throw an error if it is in the submit
transaction.

(type error) "Sorry, but the Copy To Submit option is not available."   

I'm fortunate that copy/paste does not paste over all the fields
required on my form so, I can't speak on that one for ya.
