Hi,

Side note: I would contact BMC Remedy Education, to verify that
everything including the classes and certification is still valid.

Have you checked the BMC Remedy Education site?
Go here to see the ones listed.
http://www.bmc.com/education/servicemgmt/

There is a Remedy Skilled Professional certification program, that one
can obtain and take with them, whether employed by a partner or not.
http://www.bmc.com/education/servicemgmt/Roadmaps/Remedy_Skilled_Profess
ional.html

All other Remedy certifications listed must be accompanied with
employment with a BMC Remedy partner. There is the highly coveted RAC,
aka Remedy Approved Consultant. There is also a Remedy Approved
Technical Support certification, for those partners that offer support
among other services.

To get updated information, I would definitely call, since most of the
classes have not been updated with 7.x material.

Hope that helps,
Michelle

Remedy?!! I'm going to classes, but can't believe there are no certs

What related certs have you persued?...i.e., such as ITIL

in the Remedy job market?
