This is normal when using the ARODBC driver. Your options are to either pass the parameters from within Remedy when calling the report or use the standard ODBC driver instead of the AR ODBC driver. If you go with the standard connection, you'll have to do your own conversions for the database fields (dates, etc).
When calling the report from Remedy, it's like performing an unqualified search in that form. //SIGNED// CRAIG J. After composing a new report and put in the report form, it would return all entries in the form and ignoring the select criteria inside the report file. Would you give it a try by running the report via Mid-Tier in case you have Crystal Enterprise 10? My case is that the report would function correctly when in Mid-Tier but not in WUT. Thank you. djhuang 2007/1/12, Anoop Sasidharan < [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >: ** Listers, Is there a way to stop Remedy from overriding crystal parameter value. Right now, it is bypassing the parameter value and pulling out all the tickets in Remedy. Environment : ARS 6.x Crystal version 10. I saw a similar post on the ARSLIST, posted way back in 2004(Item# 001879) and subject line : "How do you stop ARS overriding Crystal parameters when runnin" but then there were no solutions. Just wondering if anyone has managed to fix this issue. TIA Anoop == _____ Get the new Windows Live Messenger!
