Assuming you are on ARS v5 or later. 1. If the Oracle view is on a separate database then you will need to create a database link between the 2 databases. 2. Create a Remedy View form that points to the Oracle view. (See v6.3 basic guide page 174) 3. You can update your flags using standard workflow (e.g Push Fields) 4. You cannot trigger Remedy workflow if the Oracle view is updated.
