Plugin works now, but after running for some minutes it times out. Have set the External RPC timeout to 5 now, added the OU at the LDAP query, set the samAcctName to QBE Equal, increased the Fast/List threads a little, ... Atm I have to restart the Remedy Service every few minutes ... anyone has an idea what could be improved ? This is the query Im using at the moment. Searching for the samAccountName attribute: ldap://server0123/OU=lda,DC=ww011,DC=siemens,DC=net??sub?(&(objectcatego ry=person)(objectclass=user)) Any idea welcome. Thank you, Robert
