Hi, Dylan:

Just tested it. Same behavior you describe in Mid-Tier 7.0.00 Patch 1.
It works correctly on Mid-Tier 7.0.01 and Remedy User Tool 6.3 P20.

The ending date/time is correct in the buggy and regular case. The
issue is that the AM/PM doesn't change on the calendar object.

More than likely they're going to ask you to upgrade to the latest
patch. I have not tested this on Mid-Tier 6.3 Patch 20. It's available
for download, though.

Thanks,
Michelle

Environment:

That is strange.. it works as it should at my shop..

What version are you on? We are on 6.3 patch 19 but I can
confirm it worked on lower patches of 6.3 as well... We are on Sun 5.10
on the server side and the clients OS's are most of the currently
supported MS stuff.. IE versions range to most of the currently
supported versions.. Some use firefox.. none have reported this as a
problem so far...

I'm wondering if this is a bug or just something going wrong on
my system?
I had one of my users complain about the AM/PM being opposite of
what they select and I verified that it is selecting it wrong.

On the Mid Tier with any date/time field, if I click the little
calendar button to pop up the date it defaults to 12:00:00 AM.

I click on the hour field, click the down arrow 3 times and it
shows 9:00:00 AM, I click ok, the time that it inputs into the field is
9:00:00 PM.

I repeat it and this time I try changing the AM/PM after I
change the hour and it still always puts in the opposite, AM if it's
showing PM, PM if it's showing AM.

Is this a known bug or can someone see if this does the same for
them or is it just my screwy system? heh
        Thanks

        Don't worry about what people think;
They don't do it very often.
