Hello Listers, Help Desk 6.0 Patch 15 SQL Server 2000 I am trying to figure out a way to mirror the attachment tab on HPD:Help Desk Form to the CHG:TSK Form. Desired Result is that if an attachment exists on HPD:HelpDesk, whenever a task is created from the "Create Task" button and an attachment exists, or when an attachment is added to the case, then add the attachment to the task on CHG:TSK. I copied the attachment pool field from HPD:Help Desk to CHG:Task. Then created a filter on HPD:HelpDesk to do a push fields to CHG:TSK on modify (when the attachment is added). I can't get it to work so far. I am currently running through logs trying to discern what is going wrong. I am wondering is it has something to do with my execution order or if attachment pool fields behave differently. I don't have much experience dealing with attachment pool fields other than just plopping one on a form. Has anyone else had a similiar experience? Thanks in advance for your ideas, Jase Brandon
