Interestingly enough I was working on already setting up the "prefetchConfig.xlm" topic and taking traces (will post info about my findings on that thread), but was sort of astonished, when I simply turned on API logging (to determine forms, etc needed for the prefetch), and found the following entry replicated about 20 to 25 times in a row... +GLS ARGetListSchema -- changed since Thu Jan 01 01:00:00 1970 from Mid-tier (protocol 12) at IP address d6e91c66af8bf179:72089bb6:1103cb6fe51:-8000 -GLS OK +GLE ARGetListEntry -- schema AR System User Preference from Mid-tier (protocol 12) at IP address d6e91c66af8bf179:72089bb6:1103cb6fe51:-8000 -GLE OK Granted this only takes about 25 to 30 seconds, but if 600 people are using the system... aarruugghh!! So far this occurs in the Change Management & Problem Management applications when being access from Mid-Tier.. WUT Trace does not show this sequence. a). Has anyone else noticed this? b). We want to force preferences to users, so I don't want to turn off preferences, but might for a test, but...
