With paging, be sure that your message doesn't exceed character limits.
Example: Subject line may have a 128 character limit. Also, special
characters can be incorrectly interpreted, like using parenthesis or
dashes.

Try sending the message to your email address. Look for anything odd.
Often a service provider will not accept an email if the from email
address is not valid. It could also be a formatting issue. Once you
have a test email sent to you then copy and paste the message into a new
email. Send that on. Also forward the original.

Most likely the email engine log is showing that the message was sent.
It wouldn't show successful delivery to the service provider.

There are several reasons why this could be happening and they may not
be related to the AR System. The service provider may be rejecting the
email. The email address may be invalid. Service provider no longer
accepts message through SMTP Gateway.

Have you tried sending a test message through your email address?

Subject: Email Engine used for paging

Fellow Professionals,
We are currently using the email engine to page (email Page) a person.
The email engine log indicates successful delivery however, the person
is not paged.
