Hello All. I'm trying to get a better understanding regarding the Operation Impact column on the matrix table for the DST March 2007 change. On the matrix it states "Web Services and Import/Export time calculations will be off by 1 hour". Regarding Web Services, it's a non-issue we're not leveraging that at this time. Import/Export will be off by 1 hour; so if we don't import or export data then that too is a non-issue????? We don't do that either. Am I understanding this correctly?
