I am at my wits end and I am hoping that one of the Remedy Gurus out there can help with my quest. I have been tasked with implementing spell check in one of my applications. I was able to find some items on the support site and on the FTP server and was able to get it to open Word, run spell check and grammar and then put it back - but I am having trouble getting the last OLE Automation action to close Word to work. I have sample workflow that works and have tried to recreate it but I get an OLE error when I try to close word. I also have sample workflow that runs where it just pops up the spell check box from Word and you don't know that word is even running. Problem is that although you can see what was picked for each OLE method - I don't know where to pick the methods from and there are thousands of methods to pick from. Can anyone recommend some documentation that can help me find where the methods I am trying to find are nested or can tell me what to pick to get Word to close or even if there is a better way. Any help is appreciated!
