That's what I thought, however, it does read it. For about 20 minutes, the system reads correctly every 2 minutes as configured. Then for about 10 - 15 minutes, it's as though it can't find the mailbox anymore. Then it works again. I've got our Exchange team looking into it. Just wondered if anyone else has seen this. I'm guessing there's a setting on that exchange server causing it. We have other mailboxes on other exchange servers that work fine. Thanks again, Jamie
