Greetings Listers!

I have been trying for the last 3 months to implement RKM 7.1 and
integrate it with Remedy 6.03. Initially, it seemed to go pretty well.
However, in the last few weeks as I've introduced more users and authors
the system has become terribly unstable. I'm running on a Windows 2003
server with Apache Tomcat 5.5. RKM is connecting to a remote SQL
database as well. Sometimes when users attempt to save new documents
Apache will crash. Sometimes changing the drop-down list of assignees
(on the authoring tab) will cause Apache to hang (at which time I have
to manually restart it).

The only error message I get in the apache logs is this:

RKM-[24-Jan-07 16:36:32] ** ERROR:
CommonXSL.java->formatDateFromGlobalToLocale: Invalid Date! 'null'

But it seems to correlate directly with the creation of an
HS_ERR_PIDXXXX.log file in the root of the Tomcat directory.

These two symptoms only occur when Apache actually stops running. The
HS_ERR file does not get created when the service only hangs.

Has anyone encountered symptoms such as these before? Any direction
that could be given would be greatly appreciated!

-Eli
