Subject: Comparing feild lengths
I have two temp fields that I have created some workflow to compare
length between the two. First field is set by the user when they type
in a value, the second field is the control (ie the first field must be
>= the second field). Problem is that when the first field is double
digits (> 9) my qualifications are failing, stating the the first field
is shorter than the control. What could be causing this?
Ex:
ztemp1 = 12
ztemp2control = 8
I have an active link that fires stating that if ztemp1 < ztemp2control
then a message is displayed telling the user that "ztemp1 needs to be 8
characters or greater". This works fine until ztemp1 is double digits.
ARS 6.3
Thanks
Kyle
