Thanks for the reply, you can never have too much information (well okay, you can, but this isn't a case of that). Anyway, that's what I was thinking (that AVG was more important), but wasn't sure if the MIN idle time of zero was to be expected or if it meant there was blockage.

The MIN Idle time only gives you a point in time reference... meaning, it tells you ONLY how long the shortest period was before the thread recieved another request.
