My plan was to simply do a few things like the following: 1) Create a few tickets with the current date. 2) Change the date to right after the DST change and create a few tickets. 3) Modify the tickets created in step 1. 4) Verify everything worked as expected in steps 1 - 3. 5) Repeat all above steps but substitute the date we return to standard time from DST.
The system I support currently is not as date critical as a lot of companies, so a minimal amount of testing is appropriate for me. You may want something more detailed, but I would suggest at least doing what I mentioned above.
