Hi, We are currently migrating from 6.0 to 7.0 (ARS and Asset Management).
What we have seen in version 7 (of Remedy Asset Management) is that in the related items tabs on the CI, the class name has disappeared from the table field. So now, you know that the CI is related to something, but you don't know what it is :-) The first answer by remedy about that is "as designed". But our client doesn't want to hear that. And neither do we, because we don't want to modify every Asset form to add the class name in the table field. So, could someone told me what's the new idea behind that? And how to correct this (without having to add the information in every form and without modifying def file along the way.)
