I am on Patch 13

I am working on deploying Patch 20 soon.

Our Dev environment's home page is similar, however we have much less
robust machines in Dev. The other pages are running at around the same
speed. However, I have not been able to setup a similar load in the DEV
Mid-Tier..

I have read the Optiization and Tuning guide for Remedy 7.0 and presume
nearly the same ideas and logging apply for 6.3 - correct?

I will pursue checking the "double Filter/active link" issue on page load.
If this is the case, what is the solution?

Thanks again!

Nick
