Rebooting didn't help. It still occurs. The same operation works fine on 7.0.01 Patch 1 User Tool.
Guess I'll just skip the 6.3 P20 User Tool. Most of our users are on the Mid-Tier. We only have about a dozen on the User Tool. We're going to start upgrading them to 7.0.01 P1, anyway.
