Not sure if this will help, but have you tried having your user search directly in the specific Interaction form, not from the Read Only field on the SPRT:Interaction form? So search from Notes field on SPRT:Interaction_Email, etc. to narrow the query. I assume you are using a LIKE operator. :) Candace
