All, I added a few fields to RQC:ServiceRequestWizard and to SRM:Request as well as HPD:HelpDesk (ie Incident Management) forms. My problem is I can get the new fields to populate the SRM:Request but for some reason I cant find where to tell the system that these fields need to be pushed to Incident Management. I do see the SRM:AOI:xx filters being looped through filter guides and grabbing the Field ID's and then data into another temp field in CAI:Event Parameters but do not see where the system is being told which fields to grab and how it is being inserted into the HPD:HelpDesk form. I believe I am overlooking a configuration. If someone has already done this please let me know what I am missing.
