on an Upgrade from ARS 5.12 ~~> ARS 6.3 P18

ENV: Solaris 10, Oracle 10 - Oracle9i client(remote install)
on upgrade got some errors
Possible issues::
Bustime.def -failed
Sample - will not import -- says it is already there.. and gives a
fail as well.
getting lots of lines like this
