Hi,
I would imagine that disabled filters have almost no impact at all, except
that they are written to the logfile.
They will consume some memory on the server.
To measure the performance, create a filter-guide with the same disabled
filter added 1000 times, and see how much this impedes performance.
Run-ifs should not be checked if a filter is disabled.
I would expect most Run-if-conditions to use very little time to compute.
Before filter execution is started, all fields referenced in any Run-if
will be fetched from the database in a single transaction. Except if you
have only the TR-value of a field specified.
